Welcome to my website!  With extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist across Bermuda, China, and Aotearoa NZ, I have worked with individuals of all ages in diverse settings. Currently, my focus is on offering Occupational Therapy Supervision for those working in Mental Health, whilst still working in Primary Healthcare as a Health Improvement Practitioner.  I also work as a portfolio auditor of the OT Board.

  Working as a Health Improvement Practitioner, I work in the GP clinic setting & I empower youth and adults to connect with what matters most to them and inspire meaningful change in their lives where it is wanted.  This process is predominantly underpinned by Acceptance Commitment Therapy.  ​   ​​
